Gabe runs the half of the counter Maxine started long before the shop had a sign: thick fish chowder, salmon and halibut burgers pressed by hand, and suppers that only need a pan and ten minutes. Heavier, homestyle, and made from the same fish we sell raw next door.

Prepared items are made in small batches and sold chilled or frozen — heat and eat.
