- Thaw overnight in the fridge.
- Remove fish from its vacuum packaging before thawing, unless the label says otherwise.
- Never thaw on the counter.
- Pat seafood dry before cooking for the best sear.

Our crab is fully cooked — just heat and enjoy.
Ingredients
- King crab legs from the box, thawed
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Parsley and lemon wedges
Steps
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Cut along the shells with kitchen scissors.
- Melt butter with garlic and lemon juice; brush over the meat.
- Bake 8–10 minutes until hot through.
- Serve with remaining garlic butter, parsley and lemon.
