NorthSea Family Box — Classic

Ingredients

• 1 lb shrimp from the box, thawed
• 1/2 lb scallops from the box, thawed
• 12 oz spaghetti or linguine
• 5 tbsp butter
• 5 garlic cloves, sliced
• 1/2 cup dry white wine
• 1 lemon
• Parsley, salt and pepper

Steps

1. Cook pasta in salted water.
2. Pat scallops dry and sear in a hot pan with 1 tbsp butter, 90 seconds a side.
3. Melt remaining butter, add garlic, then shrimp for 2 minutes a side.
4. Add wine and lemon juice, simmer 1 minute.
5. Toss with pasta and parsley, then top with the scallops.
